Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by Jana @ ThatArtsy Reader Girl

What About You?
What are your favorite kinds of book covers? What do you think of our picks? Let us know in the comments!
I’m all about good typography, and who doesn’t let a cover design with books on it catch our eye? We are bookworms, after all! ? Lovin’ the illustrated trend too, especially for the rom-com genre.
Loving how you broke this down! I’m surprised that I’m mostly attracted to the abstract and foiled covers. 😉
Strange Grace is nice, and I’m drawn to the cover style of The Strange case of the Alchemist’s Daugter. I always love covers like that! Magonia is another one I really like.
Great picks!
I like the way you groupsed your favorite covers. I modified this week’s topic, though you can see my favorite books with their covers! My favorite YA Books of the decade with covers.
Nice way to do this one, and some really great covers here.
That Inevitable Victorian Thing is the cover that caught my eye the most out of all these books!
These are all so pretty. I particularly like the Strange Grace cover. Screams Autumn goodness to me.
I love the cover for Sparrow.
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday.
I did “books on the cover” for my list today. I’m never NOT going to take a look at a book if it has books featured in some way on its cover. I just now I’ll be able to relate to the story when it’s about my favorite hobby!
Happy TTT!

The Wren Hunt has such a gorgeous cover.
My TTT .
I have to admit I love covers with trees or other plants/foliage, for some reason they make me happy:-)
I agree with soooo many of these! I’m totally guilty of always stopping for animal covers (and how can you not with that Ashlords cover, especially?!
I love these. Trees and foil are big ones for me, too. For some reason, I tend to buy anything with a crow on it. Not sure why.
The Wicked Deep always has me stopping to stare. It’s so gorgeous.
Shea Earnshaw has definitely hit the cover design lottery for both books! So pretty!
Animal silhouettes and foil covers are always awesome in my book. I tend to gravitate toward books which have tentacles on them as well for some reason.
That’s awesomely specific! Thanks for sharing.
Nice collection! Several of these I had to just stop and stare at for a few minutes. So intricate and detailed. I took a similar approach in my TTT with creative typography.
