I don’t know about you, but for some inexplicable reason lately I have felt this compulsive need to buy new releases. I have frequently told my husband how out of hand it feels and he just shrugs, says some thing like, “Well good. I was worried you would run out of books to read.” And then gives me a kiss and moves on with life.
While I sit and think of how we just bought two more bookshelves so it’s not an issue of room and when I die my husband will probably just burn me on a pyre consisting of my owned physical books like some lauded ancient Greek hero of literature.
All this rambling is to say that I decided it was time to share a book haul of titles I have added to my physical and digital library over the last few months.
