Twelve Days Of Book-Mas: A Sweet Holiday Romance (Day 1)

Posted December 13, 2020 by stuckint in 12 Days of Book-mas / 4 Comments

Hello everyone! Haley here. I know I have been kind of MIA lately but I’m making a comeback with Twelve Days of Christmas (well Book-Mas) book recommendation style.

For the next twelves days I will be sharing book recommendations every day of books I have read and loved or books and today, being the first day, I am sharing a holiday romance that is at the top of my TBR. In fact, it is sitting on my nightstand staring at me, as unread books are wont to do.

On the first day of Book-mas I found under the tree: a sweet, holiday romance

Why I Want To Read It

This book is really sweet and festive and is set over the course of a single Christmas weekend, Groundhog Day style! When Maelyn realizes that the tradition of spending Christmases at the cabin is coming to an end. While I do not normally read holiday themed romances I am excited to try something new this year. I also have never read a Christina Lauren book and I have heard nothing but good things about the writing duo (yes its a pseudonym for a writing duo- did you know?). I have every intention of picking this one up after my current read.

What About You?

Have you read In A Holidaze? What other Holiday romances do you like to read around this time of year? Let me know in the comments!

Ooo, I read this a few weeks ago! I never read books like this, holiday themed books nor romances really. Much less an all-in-one. And I’ve never read a Christina Lauren book either, although I’ve read good things about them. Not sure why I decided to pick this one up at the library, but I’m glad I did! I really enjoyed it! Perfect book to read for when I read it. I recommend it for sure.

I am confused? Am I missing something, or were we supposed to guess what the book was. Then I finally saw In A Holidaze. My favorite all time romances are the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon. It is always hard to explain the premise of the stories & I do not think the author likes for them to be described as strictly romance. You just have to read them.

      Hi Ann,

The twelve days of Bookmas is twelve days of book recommendations- either that I’ve read of that are on my TBR.

There is no guessing involved. I apologize for the confusion.

Also, Outlander has been on my TBR for a while. They sound so good!
