Posted February 25, 2020 by stuckint in Top Ten Tuesday / 15 Comments

Hello everyone and welcome to another Top Ten Tuesday. Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by Jana @ ThatArtsy Reader Girl.

For today’s prompt we’re talking about the characters we would love to follow on social media. We decided to change it up some and pick five characters that we would love to follow and five authors that we actually really enjoy seeing on various social media platforms.

Characters We Would Love to Follow

Here are a bunch of characters we wish we could follow on social media — mostly because they would really make us laugh, or because we just want MORE from them!

1- Cath from Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell

2- Sumi from the Wayward Children series by Seanan McGuire

3- Monty from The Gentleman’s Guide to Vice and Virtue by Mackenzi Lee

4- Pepper from Tweet Cute by Emma Lord

5- And basically any of the racers from Ashlords by Scott Reintgen — or better yet, all of them, interacting together!

Authors We Love To Follow

We love following authors on social media for lots of reasons, but these five are some of our favorites. They can be relied upon for great reading recommendations, insights to the craft, or just a huge laugh. Highly recommended!

1- Sarah MacLean — queen of romance and great for recommendations

2- Maureen Johnson — queen of YA and hilarious on Twitter

3- N.K Jemisin — speaks for herself

4- V.E. Schwab — I MEAN

5- Linda Holmes — host of Pop Culture Happy Hour, posts MANY amazing pictures of her dog

What About You?

Who do you wish you could follow? Who do you love to follow? Are you following us?! We can’t wait to chat with you in the comments!

I don’t know if this counts but I wish the podcast from Truth Be Told was real because it sounds like it would be really interesting!

  2. I follow Maureen Johnson, she is indeed hilarious and really smart. I will need to check out the others and maybe follow them, cause there is never too much funny and great content.
